Trends to Action

Food Design Thinking Workshop

For the food summit-ftalks 2022 by KM Zero in Valencia, I designed the materials to hold a Food Design Thinking Workshop to ideate brands and concepts for professionals from the Food and Beverage Industry as part of my internship at Kraut Food Studio. It included consumer cards, trend explanations, a future news paper among other materials.

For the conference’s exhibition on Food Design we also proposed a concept for a new tea capsule that goes together with a temporarytattoo that will reveal your stress levels. When those levels are too high, you are recommended to drink one of the infusions that will calm you in just a few minutes. Tackling: Mental health, personalised nutrition and upcycling.
